This is a bit of a replica of George's Summer Boards.
It features his signature Golden Child template but is scaled up slightly from his usual 41.5" to 41.75" to deal with some slightly smaller wave sizes.
The main difference here is the construction. Basically, the boys surf their local wedge all Summer long and it hammers boards! Modern boards have gotten thinner to enhance performance, but it does suck the life out of them a bit so we've beefed this one up a little.
Basically, we've added an extra stringer, and an extra layer of mesh, so this board features PP Core, Double Stringer, and Double Mesh making it as tough as they come!
Over in Tahiti, our Team Rider, Manea Fabish rides boards of similar construction, so this would also suit someone who is looking for a durable board in Tropical climates.
