The original and the best! 

Our most popular fin, and one that has been by many used by many pro riders over the years. We've made a few little changes this year to make them better!

S1 Fins have always been Crafted from 100% Malaysian rubber, the finest rubber for optimum power, comfort and projection. This year, the durometer (hardness of rubber) has been upgraded from 55 (in the foot pocket) and 85 (in the blade) to 45 and 75 respectively. This basically makes it more comfortable while strength it retained through the angled rails. If you check out the chart below, our scale is Shore A. Out foot pocket has essentially gone from tire tread to a pencil eraser!

Another update was made to  our Circle Drainage System. This allows sand and shells to wash out easily. We've received feedback suggesting that sometime in bigger surf, peoples toes were going through the holes, so we have reduced these in size to eliminate this from happening.

Finally, we've also adjusted the fit of the foot pocket slightly to make them even more comfortable. Pretty stoked to say we've upgraded the humble S1 to become a premium fin for a reasonable price! They float too!
