Pro Template
The most common template used by our Pro Team. It is designed for a high performance riding in a variety of conditions.

KINETIC CORE (PP)
A lightweight core that is fusion formed, delivering incredible flex properties, including instant recoil, enhanced longitudinal stiffness and awesome compression strength. It is also 100% Waterproof, ensuring it stays nice and light throughout your boards life. Ideal for anyone in mid to warm climates, and extremely durable for those who surf a lot!

2 x STRINGER
2 filament composite fibre tube inserted into the core of the board to greatly increase stiffness, recoil and durability.

HD SLICK
This a high density, closed cell thermoplastic found on the bottom of the board. It increases performance, while also greatly increasing durability by protecting the core of the board.

PE DeckSKIN
The preferred Deck Skin of our Pro Riders as it has less effect on natural flex of the core. Also provides a little more grip than IXL Deckskin.

CHISEL TAIL
Exclusive to Stealth Boards, the Chisel tail has been designed predominantly to work with our Vax Trax Rails. The Rails provide extra hold, however the wider pegs of the Chisel offset this with extra drive.

GRADUATED CHANNELS
These are contours found on the slick side of the board, near the tail and close to the rails. They are designed to give you rail control and making the board less likely to side-slip.
VAX TRAX RAILS
Another Stealth Exclusive feature. A Concave rail near the tail that provides more hold when bottom turning and allows you to ride higher lines on the wave face, ultimately allowing more speed when you need it.

DECK CONTOURS + NOSE BULBS
Full Deck Contours plus Deck & Slick bulbs to provide extra grip and comfort when riding.
Suggested Sizing
As a general guide, a bodyboard should go to the rider's belly button. apart from that, there are no hard and fast rules when it comes to choosing the correct size board. Generally bigger boards are faster, but not as easy to control, and generally suited to smaller waves and beginners. On the other hand smaller boards are a bit harder to generate speed, however, have greater control and are ideal for bigger waves and more advanced riders.
As a guide, please refer to the table below. If you're a beginner, you are probably best suited to a size in which you fall in the lower end of the weight range. ie. 40kg beginner woudl be best suited to 38", not 36".
Board Size | Weight Range |
34" | <30kg |
36" | 25-40kg |
38" | 35-50kg |
40" | 45-75kg |
42" | 65-95kg |
44" | 80-105kg |
